Naturally there was no supervisor available, but one could call me back - "in THREE TO FIVE DAYS". System Mechanic is a product by Iolo that works like a PC optimizer. He talked over me! I got pretty exercised and eventually asked for a supervisor. The "Customer Service" person actually started to argue with me! I tried to break in and told him that I simply wanted everything canceled. I called to cancel the software and any subscriptions and this is where it really went south. By the time I finally gave up, I wound up reinstalling Windows! THEN, I received a renewal notice in my email inbox! When talking to them, of course none of the problems are caused by their software. I actually got one of my 'call backs' well after we had gone to bed! Their idea of customer support is that you can sit on the phone, literally for hours, or you can wait even longer for a technician to call you back. ![]() I called, "Customer Support", for help in fixing it. iolo System Mechanic is the PC optimization tool that checks the computer status with one single click for.
